Do I need to be a "pro" or already fit to join?
No, this isn't a body building competition. It's for normal people just like you. One of our previous challenge winners, Tuyet, was a complete beginner and ended up taking second place! You can too if you fully commit to making the change.
What do I get in the training plan?
Time-saving workouts using your available equipment to optimize your results per hour, travel adaptations, and IN-APP tracking. Includes full video guidance and written form cues created by me.
What do I get in the nutrition plan?
You get your own calories and macros, custom recipes, delivery options, and eating-out guidelines. All designed to build muscle, lose fat, fuel performance, and keep you as full as possible in a fat loss phase.
Why do I need accountability?
A plan is useless if you don't stick to it or adapt when life happens. Accountability isn't just me sending a daily "how are you?" text. Your workouts, MyFitnessPal and apple watch data sync directly to my app. I know if you've missed a meal or if you're falling off without you even having to tell me.
How is the $1,000 prize pool split?
The $1,000 cash is split between the top three transformations. Winners are chosen based on 3 data points: Inbody scan data (muscle and fat changes) from before and after the challenge, plus the biggest visual change captured by photograph.
I have a busy social life in Saigon. Can I still do this?
Yes. Saigon is a social city, and we coach you on how to live in it. Through daily check-ins and food photos, we give you the guidelines to buffer and adapt your meals before or after big events. You can enjoy your social life and still have a very real chance at winning the prize money.
What exactly are these "Medical Grade" scans?
Not all body scanners are created equal—many are old and highly inaccurate. We use top-of-the-line, highly reliable InBody machines. You'll be walked through your scans by the team at Phong Kham Evolve in District 3, the osteopath and physio team treating Vietnam's olympians.
What if I'm traveling during the 6 weeks?
Life doesn't stop for a challenge. We provide full travel adaptations for your workouts and adjust your nutrition based on the foods you have available on the road. Our last challenge took place right over Tet (the Christmas of Asia). We had several clients traveling, and three out of four winners pushed right through the Tet holiday to get incredible results and win their prize money.
Do I have to train at a specific gym?
No. Your program is adapted to the gym/equipment you currently use.
What happens after the 6 weeks are over?
We don't just drop you. The goal is to build habits that stick. While many participants choose to seamlessly transition into our full 1-on-1 coaching program, everyone leaves the 6 weeks with the "Saigon Fat Loss Guide" and the exact knowledge needed to maintain their new physique.
What does the community involve?
Transformation is easier when you aren't doing it alone. The community includes: Weekly meetups in Saigon, weekly in-app mini-challenges, knowledge shares, and in-app group connection between competitors.
When does the challenge start and what is the deadline?
The 6-week Saigon Transformation Challenge officially kicks off on May 11th. Spaces are strictly limited so I can monitor everyone's data properly. Once the roster is full, registration closes immediately.
Do I need to buy expensive supplements or special food?
No. We prioritize whole foods, and your custom recipes are built around everyday ingredients you can find in Saigon. Supplements are entirely optional, and we'll tell you exactly what is actually worth your money and what isn't.
I have an old injury / I'm currently doing physio. Can I join?
Yes. Because your training plan is customized, we adapt exercises around your limitations and the leading driver for transformation is nutrition. Plus, you'll be doing your check-ins at Evolve, giving you direct access to the best osteopaths and physios in the city to keep you moving pain-free.
